Hello. Firstly, thank you so much for accepting this album into your life. Working on this project over the past year has been an exercise in patience for me, as I had never spent more than a couple months on one project, and had always relied on samples from other music to make my music. Sweets was created during a very tumultuous time in my life, lots of sudden, drastic day to day changes can be heard in the changing waves between tracks. As a result, it was born and reborn, destroyed and born again many times over before I finally landed in a place where I could be satisfied with it and call it complete. This album is very special to me for these reasons. It is the essence of what a year of my life has been; the good, the bad, the beautiful. I can only hope it will complete my vision for it and bring whoever cares to listen to it a little bit of peace in troubled waters. We all just want to know were not alone in how we feel.
